Carr's Digital guarantees that your order will be free from defects.
In the event that your order is defective, or is damaged in shipping, simply return the damaged
portion of your order within 30 days to Carr's Digital in its original shipping materials along with
a copy of your receipt, and we will replace it, free of charge |
What happens if my photograph(s) or Photo CD(s)
are damaged after I received them?
If the damage to your photograph(s) or Photo CD(s) occurs after you
received them, you may also return the damaged product and we will replace it for you at a reduced
rate.

Carr's Digital retains the copyright to the images we photograph, The
clients agree not to reproduce any photographs for any purpose without the express permission of
Carr's Digital. Carr's Digital may display prints on the exterior or interior of their studio and
reproduce photographs for our own brochures, professional photography competitions and portfolios. |
How may I use my photographs/digital images?
It is understood that we grant the purchaser of our product(s) virtually
unlimited personal use of the images. Personal use includes the making of prints on a home printer
but not through a commercial digital photography service or Posting on a personal Web Site. The only limitation on use of our photos is that they may not be given or sold to
professional publications, such as newspapers or magazines (either print or web-based), to
television programs of any kind (including news programs), or to advertising or photo agencies. Our
images may be used in newsletters or publications for non-profit organizations provided that
appropriate credit is given to Carr's Digital. We reserve the right to require the customer to sign
an agreement that he/she will honor these terms of use.
What are the limitations concerning the use of my
photographs/digital images?
Carr's Digital photos may not be used for commercial purposes without
consent. Commercial uses include placement of the photos in advertisements, providing the images to
an advertising or public relations agency for use in advertising campaigns, political advertising,
or placement on commercial web sites (even for journalistic use). The customer agrees he/she will
not provide Carr's Digital photos to any for-profit publication, such as newspapers, magazines,
television stations (including television news and sports shows).
Can the photographs be used for commercial purposes?
Carr's Digital does not prohibit the use of its photos for commercial
purposes, but it does require consent and most likely a fee. Please

Contract Photo Services
Either Private or Group are payable in full upon delivery of the product.
All sales are Final, at our discretion, that you sign
and submit a guarantee of payment before services are scheduled or provided.
Internet Orders
All internet orders are final at the time of sale
(when you submit your order through the Carr's Digital website). Your order is usually
processed and shipped to you within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the products we provide,
we will offer no refunds,
but will gladly exchange damaged
merchandise. Please see our guarantee
and return
policy above for further details.

Why don't you offer refunds?
First of all, we feel that our products are of superb quality and that you
will honestly never consider a refund based on quality. However, we have ultimately decided not to
offer refunds on our products because they are very easily duplicated. It would take only a few
minutes to copy a Photo CD(s) with a CD burner and similarly photograph(s) with a high-quality
scanner. |
