What is a good Subject Matter?

Photos with pure white or black backgrounds don’t translate in to an oil painting very well. This is because the background is where much of the painting’s expression is placed, whereas the people are painted more realistically.  With no more defining background or props, it is often difficult to tell that much has been altered from the photo. 

What can I expect regarding the care and longevity of my Artwork?

The artwork will last 25 to 50 years before noticeable fading if not hung in direct sunlight or high humidity (such as near a sauna).  Artwork can be dusted with a dry cloth

What if I don’t like my Artwork?

We will make one set of changes (i.e. color, saturation, brush stork) to the artwork for free as long as we receive the request within 30 days.  Changes in size or cropping are not included in free changes.  We will reprint artwork for free as well if originally contracted to perform this service.
