CarrsDigital™ collects information from our users at several different points on our website. e-Cards If a user elects to use our free e-Card service, we ask them for their name and email address and the card recipient's name and email address. We will automatically send the friend a one-time email notifying them that they have been sent an e-Card, and providing the URL of the e-Card. We will also automatically send the e-Card sender a one-time email confirming that their card has been sent, and providing the URL of the e-Card. CarrsDigital™s stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Model Search Submission If a user elects to apply for consideration as a model for our photographic work, we ask him for his name, mailing address, telephone numbers, email address and other personal physical statistics, personal background information, physical description and self-assessment, and photographs or video footage. This information is never disclosed to anyone except CarrsDigital and is treated as extremely private, personal and confidential. CarrsDigital stores this information for the purpose of evaluating the model applicant's suitability for CarrsDigital photography productions and for contacting the model applicant by telephone, postal mail or email. Ordering Products We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. Registration In order to use this website, a user may be required to first complete a registration form. During registration a user may be required to give their contact information (such as name and email address).
