	Adequate coverage for guest list of 300 or More.
	Stationary portrait set up optional at no additional charge. Additional hours exceeding coverage limit @ $125.00 for each hour or any part thereof.

	Customer Borders: Adds further value to your event by combining your photos with a custom photo border created by our team of skilled graphic designers. By incorporating the event colors, theme, date, and location, and a corporate, sponsor or event logo, a custom photo border transforms your event images into unique commemorative keepsakes.
	Response Date: Is 10 calendar days from the booking date. Booking Fees: Carr’s Digital will hold a tentative booking for the Client's event until the above 10 day Response Date.  The 50% Deposit MUST be received within 10 days of a tentative booking in order to secure event date. To confirm booking, payment must be sent in the form of a personal or business check, cashiers check or money order for the booking deposit of 50% of the event booked or the total fee minus 5% discount within ten days of tentative booking to: Carr's Digital  - 4311 Main Street - Dallas TX 75226 Booking deposit received after the ten (10) days of initial booking are subject to availability. If the deposit is received more than four weeks prior to the event, it may be paid by personal or business check. The balance is due no later than the 24 hours prior to the date of the event. If balance is paid more than 72 hours prior to event payment can be made by personal or business check. If payment if made after 72 hours prior to event the payment MUST be paid by cashiers check, money order, or cash. All checks should be made payable to Carr’s Digital. There will be a $35.00 fee charged for all returned checks. Carr's Digital is not contracted to photograph an event until the agreed amount is paid in full and all parties (Carr's Digital and clients) have signed the Event Booking services agreement

	CANCELLATION: If cancellation is initiated by the Client less than 10 days prior to the event, then the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling for bookings canceled due to inclement weather or events beyond the parties' control shall be reasonably accommodated. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.
	FAILURE to PERFORM: If Carr’s Digital cannot perform due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then the Carr’s Digital shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Carr’s Digital. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, Carr’s Digital shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
	Exclusivity: Carr's Digital shall be the only person(s) permitted to photograph individuals, couples or groups at the event. However candid pictures taken by guests or their families and friends at the event are permissible. Guests SHALL NOT interfere with the Carr's Digital personnel execution of their normal duties. Guests are not permitted to photograph formal poses arranged by Carr's Digital personnel on our background, or one set up by the sponsoring group.
	SET UP PROVISIONS: Client agrees to provide Carr's Digital personnel accessibility to the event location at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time for setup.  In addition, if Event Package 03-11 or is chosen then Client must provide the following accommodations: ·        A 24'x20' or at minimum 16'x10' space for stationary background, lights, and stands.  Said space must be within 25 feet access to a 115 volt, 15+ amps, 3 prong grounded outlet ·        A 24’x20’ space with backdrop can accommodate a maximum of 44 Ø     For shots of 44 or more, risers must be supplied. ·        A 16’x10’ space with backdrop can accommodate a maximum of 14 ·        Two 6' tables for computers and printers.
	FIXED LOCATION: Once Carr’s Digital and the Client Representative have agreed to the location where the above setup provisions will take place and Carr’s Digital personnel are in the process of or has completed the setup provisions, if for any reason Carr’s Digital must move, relocate, or be placed elsewhere, a breakdown fee of $1,000.00 and a re-setup fee of $1,000.00 per incident will be charged to Client  Furthermore, if Carr’s Digital personnel is not given adequate time or cannot setup for the event after the setup provisions have been agreed to; then Client will pay to Carr’s Digital, an additional fee for lost profits.  Said additional fee will be a minimum of $2,500.00 and shall not exceed $5,000.00 per day
	Copyright and Reproductions:  Carr’s Digital shall own the copyright to all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions.  Carr's Digital shall only make reproductions for the Client and event guests.  Copyright notice in the name of Carr’s Digital shall be placed on the each photograph when it is reproduced and Carr’s Digital may display prints on the exterior or interior of their studio, its web site and reproduce photographs for brochures, professional photography competitions and portfolios. 	CREDIT LINE:  In the form of "All photos are available for viewing and ordering from www.CarrsDigital.com” in type no smaller than that of related text must appear adjacent to any photograph(s) published by the Client or any of it’s Representatives, public or private.  Any such copyright violation will result in payment of a triple damage fee by Client to Carr’s Digital.  Client acknowledges that such a triple damage fee is fair and reasonable for Carr’s Digital Photography’s loss of recognition and lack of copyright protection resulting from lack of or improper copyright notice/credit line.
	CARR'S DIGITAL STANDARD PRICE LIST: The charges are based on the Carr’s Digital Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders (After contract expires) shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
